Flat Yarn Preparation: Using polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) as raw material, flat plastic yarns are produced through melt extrusion, stretching, and shaping. The width and thickness directly affect the final bag's load-bearing capacity and flexibility.

 

Circular Weaving: The warp and weft flat yarns are interwoven into tubular woven fabric using a circular loom. This process uses a plain weave, achieving continuous production at high-speed machine operation. The higher the fabric density, the stronger the tensile strength.

 

Printing Process: Patterns, brand logos, or instructions for use are printed on the surface of the woven fabric using a gravure printing machine. The ink must be UV resistant and abrasion resistant to prevent fading and peeling after long-term use.

 

Slitting and Cutting: The rolled woven fabric is longitudinally cut into single pieces according to the design dimensions, and components such as the bag body and handles are cut out. Automated cutting equipment ensures neat edges and reduces fraying.

 

Sewing and Assembly: Industrial sewing machines are used to sew the cut pieces together. Key areas (such as the base of the handles and bottom corner seams) are usually reinforced with double or triple stitching. Some high-end products also include accessories such as PP rings and nylon buckles to enhance durability.
